Launched Bingo Game for Game TV

Corpus is pleased to announce the successful deployment of the online version of the popular Bingo game for GameTV. This is available on both web and television simultaneously. The television program is broadcast in Canada as part of the GameTV channel. A unique feature is that the iTV program is synchronous with the web site. A user logging on to the website seems the same game as that running on the television channel. The backend system also provides customer support and reporting functionality.

Corpus Media Labs delivers Interactive Application Content Management System to TataSky

 

Corpus is pleased to announce the successful delivery of its Content Management System (CMS) to TataSky. CMS is an interactivity management application developed in Java / J2EE technology. Using CMS, content teams can focus on creating, editing, managing and publishing content/assets in an organized fashion with quick turn- around time. It is highly scalable and applicable to any generic set-top box iTV application. It can maintain the content, assets and screen layout in a single repository for all iTV applications. Also, CMS is also well integrated with the head-end to publish to the carousel server. It supports multiple languages and data can be injected using various formats such as XML, Excel etc.

Tata Sky is a leading provider of DTH satellite television in India, using MPEG-2 digital compression technology. It is a joint venture between the Tata Group and STAR TV incorporated in 2004 and launched in 2006. It currently offers close to 140 channels and some interactive ones.

Corpus Media Labs partners with VisionMAX to deliver 80+ reports for its Point of Sales system

 

Corpus is pleased to announce partnership with VisionMAX to deliver 80+ reports for demo and production environments for its point of sale system. VisionMax is implementing this system for Digicell, the largest mobile telecommunications operator in the Caribbean, to implement a new Point of Sale (POS) system. A similar system is being developed for Tmobile as well. The POS Addresses the following Enterprise Areas: Marketing, Retail Sales, Inventory Management, Accounting, Administration and Support. Reports developed by Corpus address Inventory Management System, Retail Sales and Accounting.

Corpus Media Labs wins consulting deal for providing a Hybrid return path solution to Multichoice Africa

 

Corpus has extended it's services to Africa by providing technology solutions consulting to Multichoice in South Africa for their Hybrid return path solutions project. Corpus provided consultancy services for the systems study, requirements, architecture and design for the broadband based return path solution. Corpus managed to win the deal based on it's vast experience and already deployed solutions on the return path architecture for DTH operators. The winners of the UPC vendor awards will be announced during the summit on September 18 th with awards being presented during the evening entertainment section.

Building on its expertise in multiplayer gaming engine and Corpus won the deal for developing back office for the Virrata Games game cluster. It is a unique concept for making available games on television based on streaming video. Corpus has been chosen to develop the back office infrastructure including a Device Management, Game Management, Portal Management, Data Warehouse and Reporting sub-systems

Corpus Media Labs wins contract with BieMedia to build back office work order system for managing their video production process.

 

Once again demonstrating its expertise in back-office management, Corpus Media Labs was contracted by BieMedia to create an application that manages their video production process. This application provides work flow functionality to route and assign work orders to appropriate resources based on role. Individual resource dashboards as well as an overall management dashboard will be provided to efficiently monitor the process. Detailed reports help in analyzing sales, financial and management data. This is a multi-phase project with the end goal of creating and delivering a very efficient resource utilization and scheduling system that ensures timely and cost effective end-to-end management of video production workflow

Amsterdam, Sept 9, 2009- MoVi, Mumbai-based creative Aggregator of Mobisodes, has teamed up with Corpus Media Labs, US Telecom solutions provider, to launch "MoVi- Corpus, Video-on-demand unicast Content bouquet" for broadband mobile users. The collective offering, which will initially benefit mobile operators in seven Asian countries, is being flagged off at IBC 2009 in Amsterdam on September 10.

 

Original 300-second duration mobisodes are custom-produced for direct pull delivery from smartphones; intended to give 3G cellular operators a value-added opportunity to increase the average Revenue per user, while loyalty coupons serve to retain customers on the mobile operator's network, thus reducing churn factor.
